Client Payment Processing Fees and Charges

At Ditansource, we are committed to providing transparent information about all service and transaction fees. Understanding these fees ensures you can plan effectively when hiring and paying for freelancer services.

1. Platform Fee

Clients are charged a service fee of 5% on milestone amount and an additional fixed fee of $0.49 per transaction.
For example, if the milestone amount is $100 and the service fee is 5% plus fixed fee of $0.49, then the service fee will be $5.49.

2. Sales Tax

Depending on your location, applicable sales taxes (e.g., VAT or GST) may be added to your service fee. For example, if the service fee is $100 and sales tax is 5%, an additional $5 will be charged.

3. Refund Policy

Ditansource offers refunds in specific cases where discrepancies in service occurs. Refunds are handled as per our Refund policy.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Ditansource supports multiple secure payment methods to provide flexibility and convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Discover, Diners Club, Diners Club International, Mastercard, and American Express.
